チケット発売日
下のニュースにもある通り、Summer Tour のチケットはスーパーボウル翌日の2月4日に一斉に一般発売になりますが、Highway Companion Club によるプレセールスは1月30日の午前10時から行われます。

TOM PETTY & THE HEARTBREAKERS announce an upcoming summer tour that will take the band through the U.S. and Canada. The news comes as the Heartbreakers prepare for the biggest show in live entertainment, the SUPER BOWL XLII HALFTIME SHOW, broadcast live on FOX Sunday, February 3. All tour tickets, with a few exceptions (see below) will go on sale February 4th, the day after the Super Bowl festivities. Watched by nearly 140 million people in the U.S. and one billion in 230 countries and territories worldwide, the Halftime Show will give the world a preview of the legendary live act that will storm the U.S. and Canada in a few short months.

リマスターの『Greatest Hits』発売予定
昨年のクリスマス頃から噂に上り始めた『Greatest Hits』のリマスター盤の情報をお伝えします。発売は今年の1月29日と言われていますが、昨年末時点ではAmazon.com のみに情報が掲載されていました。今年に入って日本の Amazon でも掲載し始めたのですが、逆に1月9日時点で Amazon.com から姿を消してしまいました。発売元の Geffen Records のサイトにも情報がありません。
収録されるのは18曲(*)で、今までの同タイトルのCDから”Something In The Air”が外され、”Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around”が収録されるという未確認情報も流れています。詳細が分かり次第、また報告させて頂きます。
*) 現状のイギリス盤及び日本盤CDは “Anything That’s Rock&Roll”が入った19曲入りです。
